Our primary goal at Carlisle School is to provide a superior educational experience for every child we accept. We achieve that by hiring superb teachers and developing a challenging yet supportive learning environment. Our small class sizes encourage ideas to be shared and allow your child's voice to be heard. Everything we as educators know about young people says that small is better-- for their achievement, for their feelings of connectedness and for their sense of self. At our school we know a child not just by their name and face, but also by their friends, their sense of humor, and their dreams about the future. When a person is recognized for who they are as an individual they gain great confidence, which can change their life forever.
We believe that children learn differently.
At Carlisle we celebrate the diversity of backgrounds of our students and faculty and maintain that education in the classroom is enhanced when supplemented by experiences in the performing arts, on the playing fields, and through community service projects. Academically, our students are prepared for the best colleges in the country. Our graduates currently serve as leaders in business, government, medicine, and education. We strive to produce alumni who are responsible, active, and caring members of their respective communities. The opportunities available at Carlisle will enable your child to achieve their highest potential.
The best way to discover all that Carlisle has to offer is through a campus visit. Open Houses are planned regularly, which allow your child to tour the campus, attend classes, and meet other students and teachers. Individual visits may be arranged through the admissions office. Please plan to spend two or three hours with us. In the meantime, should you have any questions about the application process, do not hesitate to contact us. Your interest in Carlisle School signals that you are serious about education. You recognize that it is the most important gift that you can give your child.
Discover the difference Carlisle School can make. Sincerely,
Lisa Lyle
