Enrolling your child at Carlisle School goes beyond merely reserving a spot in the classroom; it’s about being part of a supportive community. Our dedicated faculty and staff strive to create an environment where each child is encouraged to pursue their interests, challenge themselves, and realize their full potential. Our goal is to make the enrollment and payment processes as easy as possible for your family. To help streamline the process, we have partnered with Clarity to administer our financial aid program, as well as contracts and student billing.

Tuition & Fee Schedule 2025-2026
Application Fee – $85
- Required for all new students.
- Includes testing fee if applicable.
Enrollment Fee – $200
- An enrollment fee of $200 is required for all new students to hold space for your child(ren) once acceptance is offered.
- The enrollment fee will be waived for returning students who re-enroll on or before March 21, 2025.
Tuition Deposit $400
A tuition deposit of $400 is required for the first child in each family and $100 for each sibling. Students are not considered enrolled until the applicable fees are received

Multi-Child Discount
- 2nd child – $500 discount
- 3rd child – $1,000 discount
- 4th + child – $1,500 per child discount
The multi-child discount cannot be combined with financial aid. To qualify, children must reside at the same address.
Required Fees- K through 12th Grade:
- Curriculum Support – $225 per student
- Technology Fee – $175 per student
The fee will include insurance coverage for one (1) incident of repair up to $229.
Other Fees
Athletics
- Middle School or Junior Varsity Teams: $100 per student per season | $250 maximum per year
- Varsity Teams: $125 per student per season | $250 maximum per year
- $500 maximum per family per year
Transportation Fee
- Annual fee for students who use Carlisle School transportation on a regular basis
- $1,200 round trip, $3,000 maximum for families with three or more children
